In order to fix this issue, right-click on the Taskbar, select Properties and click Customize option. Scroll down to Perfect Alarm Clock icon and select Show icon and notifications from the drop-down list below the Behavior tab. After that, go to Start, type msconfig, select the Startup option and make sure that the box next to Perfect Alarm Clock is checked. Click Apply, and reboot the PC. Also, I recommend you to update the application to the latest version available.
